This Privacy Policy explains how Lakeview Grocery (“Lakeview Grocery,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through our website, www.lakeviewgrocery.com (the “Site”). It covers this website only, not purchases or activity in our store.

• Employment application: the information the application asks for. That includes contact details, work history, education, references, availability, and answers about work eligibility and criminal convictions.
• Email newsletter: your name and email address, collected through our sign-up page hosted by Constant Contact.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical information. • Affiliated companies. Employment applications may be shared with our affiliated companies, including Robért Fresh Market, when they take part in hiring.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Contact form messages and employment applications are deleted once they’re no longer needed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
